Learn how to make delicious and healthy Filet Mignon with Herbs by following an easy step by step recipe. Serves 1 person. Multiply by number of servings needed.
- 6 oz asparagus, tough ends removed
- 1/2 oz shallots, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1/2 tsp red wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp honey
- 1/4 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- White sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
In a small bowl, whisk together rice vinegar, red wine vinegar, honey, soy sauce, and dijon mustard to make dressing.
Drizzle sesame oil over asparagus, tossing to coat.
Grill asparagus over high heat for 1-2 minutes each side, until bright green. Thicker asparagus may take longer.
Cut asparagus into 1½ inch diagonal slices. Put asparagus and thinly sliced shallots in a bowl and drizzle dressing over the top. Toss to coat.
Sprinkle white sesame seeds over top, if desired.
