Learn how to make delicious and healthy Strawberry Chia Shake by following an easy step by step recipe. Serves 1 person. Multiply by number of servings needed.
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 pear
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 2 Tbsp protein powder
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 strawberry (optional garnish)
Add almond milk, pear, strawberries, protein powder, and chia seeds to a blender.
Secure lid and blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass and garnish with a fresh strawberry (optional).
