Learn how to make delicious and healthy Creamy Pineapple Blend by following an easy step by step recipe. Serves 1 person. Multiply by number of servings needed.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 fresh pineapple
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp protein powder
  • 2 Tbsp oats
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • Fresh berries (optional garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Cut the pineapple in half horizontally. Run a sharp knife around inside edge of the pineapple half to loosen and remove the pineapple flesh. Cut the flesh into pieces. Place empty pineapple half to the side to be used as a glass (optional).
  • If you don't want to use the pineapple half as a glass, use a sharp knife to remove the outer skin of the pineapple and chop into pieces.
  • Place the pineapple pieces, almond milk, Greek yogurt, protein powder, oats, and nutmeg in a blender and pulse until completely mixed and smooth.
  • Pour and serve. Garnish with fresh berries (optional).
