1/2pear, sliced
1kiwi, sliced
3strawberries, sliced
1fresh fig, quartered
1/2pomegranate, seeds
1ozraspberries
2Tbspwalnuts, roasted
2Tbspcashews, roasted
Seasonal greens (garnish)
2Tbspmaple syrup
Instructions
Cut the pear, kiwi, and strawberries into thin slices. Then cut the fig into quarters.
Cut the open pomegranate and remove seeds. Discard skin and set seeds aside.
Arrange sliced fruit and the fig quarters on a dinner plate. Sprinkle with pomegranate seeds, raspberries, roasted walnuts, and cashews.
Drizzle with maple syrup. Garnish with a few leaves of seasonal greens and serve.
