Learn how to make delicious and healthy Summer Mango Shake by following an easy step by step recipe. Serves 1 person. Multiply by number of servings needed.
- 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup raspberries
- 1/2 mango, chopped
- 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp protein powder
- Granola (optional garnish)
- Raspberries (optional garnish)
Place Greek yogurt, raspberries, chopped mango, almond milk, honey, and protein power into a blender.
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Thin with additional almond milk, if needed.
Pour into a glass and garnish with granola and/or raspberries, if desired.
