Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1 kiwi, peeled
  • 5 oz vanilla Greek yogurt
  • Strawberry garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Place the half cup of strawberries in a small bowl and mash until an even consistency. Place to the side.
  • Peel the kiwi and place in a small bowl. Mash until an even consistency. Place to the side.
  • Scoop the yogurt into a glass. Spoon the strawberry mixture on top of the yogurt. Spoon the kiwi mixture on top of the strawberry mixture.
  • Use remaining strawberries as a garnish on top of the parfait.
