Learn how to make delicious and healthy Berry-Yogurt Parfait by following an easy step by step recipe. Serves 1 person. Multiply by number of servings needed.
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1 kiwi, peeled
- 5 oz vanilla Greek yogurt
- Strawberry garnish (optional)
Place the half cup of strawberries in a small bowl and mash until an even consistency. Place to the side.
Peel the kiwi and place in a small bowl. Mash until an even consistency. Place to the side.
Scoop the yogurt into a glass. Spoon the strawberry mixture on top of the yogurt. Spoon the kiwi mixture on top of the strawberry mixture.
Use remaining strawberries as a garnish on top of the parfait.
