Exquisite flaxseed bowl rich in nutrients, flaxseed combined with bananas and berries.
- 1/2 Banana
- 1/3 cup Forest fruit berries
- 2 oz Almond milk
- 1 tbsp Coconut flakes
- 1/4 tbsp Beetroot powder
- 1/2 tbsp Cinnamon
- 2 tbsp Ground flaxseed
- 2 tbsp Coconut yogurt
- 2 tbsp Protein powder
Place all the ingredients in a blender and whizz to combine.
Add more or less almond milk to make a thinner or thicker smoothie.
Serve straight away in a bowl and top with desired toppings.
