Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 pear, sliced
  • 1 kiwi, sliced
  • 3 strawberries, sliced
  • 1 fresh fig, quartered
  • 1/2 pomegranate, seeds
  • 1 oz raspberries
  • 2 Tbsp walnuts, roasted
  • 2 Tbsp cashews, roasted
  • Seasonal greens (garnish)
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Cut the pear, kiwi, and strawberries into thin slices. Then cut the fig into quarters.
  • Cut the open pomegranate and remove seeds. Discard skin and set seeds aside.
  • Arrange sliced fruit and the fig quarters on a dinner plate. Sprinkle with pomegranate seeds, raspberries, roasted walnuts, and cashews.
  • Drizzle with maple syrup. Garnish with a few leaves of seasonal greens and serve.
