Ingredients
- 1/2 pear, sliced
- 1 kiwi, sliced
- 3 strawberries, sliced
- 1 fresh fig, quartered
- 1/2 pomegranate, seeds
- 1 oz raspberries
- 2 Tbsp walnuts, roasted
- 2 Tbsp cashews, roasted
- Seasonal greens (garnish)
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
- Cut the pear, kiwi, and strawberries into thin slices. Then cut the fig into quarters.
- Cut the open pomegranate and remove seeds. Discard skin and set seeds aside.
- Arrange sliced fruit and the fig quarters on a dinner plate. Sprinkle with pomegranate seeds, raspberries, roasted walnuts, and cashews.
- Drizzle with maple syrup. Garnish with a few leaves of seasonal greens and serve.
