Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 1/2 apple, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp raisins
  • 5 green grapes, halved
  • 10 raspberries
  • 1 Tbsp walnuts, chopped and toasted
  • 1 Tbsp crumbled goat cheese
  • 1/4 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Combine mixed greens, apple, raisins, raspberries, and grapes in a large bowl.
  • Whisk olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, lemon juice, and garlic in a small bowl. Pour over the salad and toss to coat.
  • Sprinkle with walnuts and goat cheese.
