Mediterranean Salad

Learn how to make delicious and healthy Mediterranean Salad by following an easy step by step recipe. Serves 1 person. Multiply by number of servings needed.
Ingredients
- 2 cups mixed greens
- 1/2 apple, chopped
- 1 Tbsp raisins
- 5 green grapes, halved
- 10 raspberries
- 1 Tbsp walnuts, chopped and toasted
- 1 Tbsp crumbled goat cheese
- 1/4 clove garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- Lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Combine mixed greens, apple, raisins, raspberries, and grapes in a large bowl.
- Whisk olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, lemon juice, and garlic in a small bowl. Pour over the salad and toss to coat.
- Sprinkle with walnuts and goat cheese.
