Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup light ricotta cheese
  • 4 oz coconut yogurt
  • 1/2 mango
  • 1 Tbsp of chia seeds
  • Mint (optional garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Place ricotta cheese, coconut yogurt, mango, and chia seeds in a food processor. Pulse and blend until well combined.
  • Pour into a glass and serve immediately. Garnish with mint leaves, if desired.
