Ingredients
- 1/4 cup light ricotta cheese
- 4 oz coconut yogurt
- 1/2 mango
- 1 Tbsp of chia seeds
- Mint (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Place ricotta cheese, coconut yogurt, mango, and chia seeds in a food processor. Pulse and blend until well combined.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately. Garnish with mint leaves, if desired.
