Mixed Berry Sensation

Learn how to make delicious and healthy Mixed Berry Sensation by following an easy step by step recipe. Serves 1 person. Multiply by number of servings needed.
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup blueberries
- 1/3 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 Tbsp sliced almonds, roughly chopped
- Chia seeds (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Place blueberries into a small saucepan and cook over medium heat, gently stirring until berries soften, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir into strawberries. Allow to cool at least 5 minutes, longer if time permits.
- Divide the berry mixture between two glasses. Top with layers of yogurt and remaining berries. Sprinkle almonds and/or chia seeds on top and serve.
