Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup blueberries
  • 1/3 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp sliced almonds, roughly chopped
  • Chia seeds (optional garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Place blueberries into a small saucepan and cook over medium heat, gently stirring until berries soften, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and stir into strawberries. Allow to cool at least 5 minutes, longer if time permits.
  • Divide the berry mixture between two glasses. Top with layers of yogurt and remaining berries. Sprinkle almonds and/or chia seeds on top and serve.
