Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup green pumpkin seeds
  • 1/3 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/8 cup old-fashioned oats, dry (garnish)
  • 1/4 cup goji berries (garnish)
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Add almond milk, Greek yogurt, pumpkin seeds, blueberries, and banana to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a bowl or glass and garnish with goji berries and oats. Enjoy while cold.
