Goji Berry-Oat Bowl

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup green pumpkin seeds
- 1/3 cup blueberries
- 1/2 banana
- 1/8 cup old-fashioned oats, dry (garnish)
- 1/4 cup goji berries (garnish)
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
Instructions
- Add almond milk, Greek yogurt, pumpkin seeds, blueberries, and banana to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a bowl or glass and garnish with goji berries and oats. Enjoy while cold.
I like Gogi Berries, I’ve heard they are very healthy!
